Triton Wrestling Club provides an opportunity for young athletes in Cape Coral to have a place to train year round. This club is open to both Boys and Girls from Grades K-12. We are located at Mariner High School, enter from behind the gym across the football field.

• Youth Practice Schedule:

  • Beginner: Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 - 6:15 PM

    • Everyone welcome to beginner practices!

  • Advanced: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:15 - 7:45 PM.

    • Advanced practiced reserved for competing wrestlers!

• High School Practice Schedule:

  • Monday and Wednesday 1:50 - 3:20 PM (Folk Style)
